He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Rob (Leanne) and Angela; and his grandchildren, Luke, Drew, Elise and Carly Sue. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Rick and his family requested donations be sent to Village Family Services Adoption Services.
