He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnetta Reff and Russell Reff; and his siblings, Russell Reff, Jim Reff and Carol Beilke.
He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughters, Kim Wittmers (Pete), Robynn Steffen (Ron) and Kari Wild (Mike); and his grandchildren, Lake, Casey, Kine, Burke, Grace, Earth, Matt, Keyle and Sonni. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home (215 7th St S, Fargo, ND 58103). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Fargo National Cemetery (8709 40th Avenue North, Co Rd 20, Harwood, ND 58042).
