He is survived by: his children, Bryce and Bria; his wife Laurie Knaust (Haarsager); his grandchildren, Bryce Knaust (Cydney), Asher, Evelyn, Bria Buehler (Beau), Brittin, Brooks and Beckett; his siblings, Randy Knaust (Sue Zummach), Robert Knaust, Rick Knaust (Linda Widner), Renee Ringdahl (Keith) and Rhonda Zahradka (Doug); his mother-in-law Carol Haarsager; and his brother-in-law Drue Haarsager (Deb). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the ALS Association.
