She is survived by: her husband Harold Blake; her children, Susan Golberg (Ron) of Park Rapids, MN, Shar Weflen of Park Rapids, MN and Scott (Melody); her grandchildren, Carice Cummings (Mel), Devin Golberg, Christine Blake, Michael Blake (Stef), David Blake and Jasmin Kasin (Alex); and her great grandchild Becket Blake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
