He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Restemayer and Anne Restemayer; his parents-in-law, Clyde and Hazel Slininger; his brother Eddie Restemayer; his brother-in-law Alex Dumenchuck; and his great grandchild Elliot Berg.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Alexis; his wife Kathy; his children, Aaron Restemayer (Tina), Tony Restemayer (Tailyr Vondal), Tommy Restemayer and Shonna Kartes; his stepchildren, Michelle Denault (Pete) and Dustin Dahl (Michaela Herman); his son Kevin Restemayer (Kelsey); his siblings, Julie Unhjem (Lane), Elizabeth Dumenchuck and Joe Restemayer; and his close friend Jerry Belcourt (Mary). He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Dilworth Lutheran Church (406 3rd St NE, Dilworth, MN 56529). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
