He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bogan and Irene Bogan (Treacy); his daughter Mary Carden; his wife Joan Murphy; his daughter-in-law LaVerne Bogan; and his siblings, Robert Bogan (Dot), Dorothy Kippels (Joseph) and Lucille Gerlach (Jim).
He is survived by: his son Michael Bogan of Denver, CO; his grandsons, Christopher Bogan of Bend, OR and Brian Bogan (Andrea) of Fort Collins, CO.; his son Jim Bogan (Ronda) of Houghton, MI; his grandchildren, Brittany Bogan of Ann Arbor, MI, Brianna Bogan of Boise, ID., Maggie Carden (Kevin Luecke) and Stephen Carden (Dominic); his great grandchildren, Hank and Juniper Luecke; his daughter Colleen Kaeding of Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Amanda Kaeding (Jay Bibelheimer) of Apple Valley, MN, Ryan Kaeding (Claire Zhang) of Los Angeles, CA and Nate Kaeding of Sioux Falls, SD.; his son Dan Bogan (Michele) of Lake Oconee, GA; his grandchildren, Jenny Hacker (Travis) of Johns Creek, GA, Jeff Bogan (Jen) of San Francisco, CA and David Bogan (Ashley) of Brookhaven, GA; his great grandchildren, Brock, Avery Hacker, Charlotte, Adrian Bogan, Finley and Brady Bogan; and his son Pat Bogan of Highland Beach, FL.. He is also survived by his children, twelve grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
