He is survived by: his wife Diane Kouba; his sons, Wayne "Butch" Hajicek (Lissett) of Grand Forks and Kevin Hajicek of Buxton; and his grandchildren, Jordan Hajicek, Brooke Milling and Spencer Peterson.
