With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Donald Steidl of Fingal, North Dakota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Donald left this world on June 14, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Steidl and Julia Steidl (Sherman); his wife Rita Steidl; his son Daniel Steidl; and his siblings, Henry, Dorothy and Mitzi.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Steidl (Ruby) and Susan Thompson (Charlie); and his brother Paul Steidl (Jeannie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (419 1st Ave, Fingal, ND 58031). A rosary will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
