He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Clark and Louise Clark (Johnson); his brother Rodney; his sister-in-law Carol; and his nephew Michael Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Knight; his children, Dan Clark (Anne) of Loveland, CO, Jolyn Wood (Daryl) of Post Falls, ID, Jane Nelson (Tim) of Forest River, ND and Susan Paschke (Pat) of Forest River, ND; his granddaughter Jill Peterka (Jared) of Forest River, ND; his children, Sara Nelson, Colin Clark (Elexys) of Loveland, CO, Weston Clark (Mercedes Tabish) of Portland, OR, Teasha Davis of Oklahoma City, OK and Andrea Cummings of Oklahoma City, OK; his great grandchildren, Jaylin, Jack and Jordy Peterka; and his grandchildren, Elena, Aniyah Clark and Zadie Clark. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
