He was predeceased by: his former wife Ann Kudelka; his parents, Joseph Kudelka and Genevieve Kudelka (Wolf); and his siblings, Frances Kudelka, Roger Kudelka, Dennis Kudelka and Eugene Kudelka.
He is survived by: his wife DiAnna Kudelka; his children, David Kudelka, JoAnn Jacobson (Kent), Paula Berriche and Julie Kudelka (Clint); his stepchildren, Todd Hanson, Lori Hanson, Randy Hanson (Carrie) and Stacie Olson (Brady); his siblings, Ruth Ann Kudelka and Thomas Kudelka (Joann); and his grandchildren, Shelley Lange (Justin), Dana Holub (Nick), Alexandra Ann Jacobson, Amine Joseph Berriche, Alyssa Bonfy (Colton), Sam Hanson, Wyatt Hanson, Grace Hanson, Landon Olson (Caylie), Ian Olson and Brevin Olson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church of Forman (410 Cedar Ave W, Forman, ND 58032). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
