He is survived by: his son Paul "PJ" Norman Heigh, Jr. of Rapid City, SD; his significant other Christine Elsenburg of Forman; his significant other's children, Mason Elsenburg (Leslie Moore) of Paige, TX and Madison Elsenburg (Arlo Downey) of Austin, TX; and his siblings, Scott Heigh, Craig Heigh (Janice) of Rapid City, SD, Brett Heigh (Laura) of Volga, SD and Joy Peek of Pflugerville, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
