He was predeceased by: his mother Olga Hummel Jungling; his wife Ethel Yeager; his children, James Kent, Richard, Janet and Betty Jean; his grandchildren, TJ, Tanya and Michelle; his sisters, Donna and Ruby; and his children-in-law, Frank Moran and Marlys Hummel.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Angell (Gary), Garrison, Craig Hummel, Peggy Moran and Susan Ekstrom; and his sister Agnes Lindsey (Harold). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, 28 great great grandchildren.
