He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Fetzer; his children, Linda Erickson (Matt) and Johnny R Otteson; his pets, Kevin Otteson (Kayla), Sadie Rae, Beau Duke and Binks; his brother Robert; and his nieces and nephews, Tara, Kory, Ausytn (Jordan), Ben, Kristy Jaden, Missy, Shelly and Angie.
