She was predeceased by: her parents, John Engel and Hulda Engel (Metz); her siblings, Geraldine, Joanne and Ronald; and her granddaughter Sarah.
She is survived by: her husband Ron; her children, Mark Haugen (Sharol), John Haugen (Lisa) and Annette Weisgarber (Lee); her grandchildren, Melanie Brandt (Sheldon), Brooke Arnold (Jade Schirado), Allison Moscarello (John), Andrew Haugen (Wyniah) and Caleb Weisgarber (Heidi); her great grandchildren, Derek, Cohen, Aaron, Wesley, Emmalynn, Madeline and Sylvie; and her sister-in-law Barbara Ziegler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials can be made in Leanne's memory to the Camp of the Cross.
