She was predeceased by : her parents, Ben Young Bird and Jessie Young Bird (Everett); her husband Willard Yellow Bird Sr.; her children, Charles, Cheryl and Marlon; her siblings, Margie, Pliga Bordeaux, Theresa Danks, Delphine Hall, Benjamin Young Bird (Jimmy), Laverne Pfliger and Hans Young Bird; and her grandchildren, Terry St. John, Dennis Yellow Bird Jr. and Carla Yellow Bird.

She is survived by : her children, Nelrene of White Shield, ND and Willard Jr. (Donna) of Moorehead, MN; and her siblings, Greta White Calf of White Shield, ND, Marilyn Young Bird White of Shield, ND, Joseph Young Bird of White Shield, ND, Felix Young Bird of Wahpeton, ND and Sara Young Bird of New Town, ND.. She is also survived by grandmother in her extended family of relatives.
