He is survived by: his wife Peggy Kappel; his sons, Jordan Phillips of Anaconda, MT and Ray Phillips (Dana) of Grafton, ND; his brother Frank Stupnik (Cindy) of Rice, MN; his grandchildren, Eathon, Zachary, Joshua and Madyson; and his nephews, Matthew and Todd.
