She was predeceased by : her parents, Nicholas Rinde and Ethel Rinde (Miller); her husband Vincent Lowe (Bud); her siblings, Robert, James and Dorothy Zimmerman; and her daughter-in-law Laura Lowe.

She is survived by : her sons, Jeff Lowe of Bismarck, ND, John Lowe (Pat) of Monroeville, PA and Mark Lowe (Kathy); her grandchildren, Nic Lowe (Christie) of Sandy, UT, Katie, Abby, Mike Lowe (Barbie), Madisyn and Ethan; her great grandchildren, Chris Lowe (Jenn) of Zionsville, IN, Emma, Carter, Jenn Bash (Scott), Elin, Leah, Kate, Julianne Horntvedt (Garrett), Oliver, Theo and Lydia Lowe; her sister Marge Haggart of Fargo, ND; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Rinde and Shirley Rinde.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Assisted Living at Leisure Estates or Our Saviors Lutheran Church.
