He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Basher and Delores Basher (Erbstoesser); and his siblings, Kenneth M. Basher, Danny Basher and Cheryl Green.
He is survived by: his daughter Dakotah Basher of Grafton, ND; his stepdaughter Arlene Storey of Brigham City, UT; his grandchildren, Jackson and Mackenzie Basher; his siblings, Karen Kramer (John) of Bay City, MI, Mechelle Komanetz (Andy) of Grafton, ND and Melanie Mients (John) of Detroit, MI; and his sister-in-law Karen Basher of Baudette, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Kevin Basher Memorial Fund, c/o Karen Kramer for a trust to be set up in Dakotah's name.
