He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel LaBerge (D. J.) and Emelia LaBerge (Lessard); and his siblings, Georgette LaHaise, Francis Ensminger, Suzanne Burns and Wallace LaBerge.

He is survived by: his children, Robert (Cindy) of Arlington, SD, Kathy Warren (Don) of Oakes, ND and Jennifer Sorum (James) of Sioux Falls, SD.; his grandchildren, Michael (Gloria), Danny (Julie), Amanda LaBerge, Michelle Meiklejohn (Jared), Kristen, Coley Warren, Jillysa, Emelia and Jorgen Sorum; his great grandchildren, Sofia, Isabel LaBerge, William, Peter, Madeline, Alexander, Xavier, Teddy LaBerge, Eriah, Wynn Meiklejohn and Bella Sorum; and his brothers, Thomas and Donald LaBerge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
