He is survived by: his wife Cecilia LaHaise; his children, Melissa Grzadzieleski and Joey LaHaise; his stepchildren, Darren Eng, Laura Kasprick, Barett Eng and Ryan Eng; his grandchildren, Kaylan, Mariek and Hailey Grzadzieleski; his stepgrandchildren, Mason, Betsey, Jager Eng, Haley, Kylie and Jens Eng; his brothers, Jerome and William LaHaise; and his siblings-in-law, Brian Janikowski (Michelle), Todd Janikowski (Roxanne), Myra Howard and Cathy Janikowski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
