He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. O'Toole and Margaret O'Toole (Desautel); his significant other Judy Cernik; his siblings, James, Lawrence, Kathleen, Elizabeth and Patrick; his daughter-in-law Stephanie O'Toole; and his granddaughter Megan O'Toole.
He is survived by: his children, Dean O'Toole (Tauna) of Fargo, ND, Dan O'Toole of Thompson, ND, Carol Jopp (Shane) of West Fargo, ND and Gene O'Toole (Tammie) of Grafton, ND.; his grandchildren, Eric O'Toole (Melanie), Emily O'Toole, Kadin O'Toole, Katie O'Toole, Nicole O'Toole and Ryan O'Toole; his great grandchild Blayke O'Toole; and his sister-in-law Shirley O'Toole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to St. Patrick's Cemetery Fund in Crystal.
