She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Vavrovsky and Mary Vavrovsky (Houska); her husband Lawrence O'Toole; her son John O'Toole; and her brothers, Herman and Leonard Vavrovsky.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Johnson (Lynn) of Grafton, ND, Lori O'Toole (Vicki Yamamoto) of Port Orchard, WA, Michael O'Toole (Jorie) of O'Fallon, MO, Janet Foerster (David) of Grafton, ND, Nancy Mueller (Joel) of Dardenne Prairie, MO, Paul O'Toole (Sherry) of Crystal, ND, Mary Hanson (David) of Colorado Springs, CO, Diane Johnson (Dan) of Hoople, ND and David O'Toole (Brandy) of Grand Forks, ND; and her sister-in-law Beverly Vavrovsky of Grand Forks, ND. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
