He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace L. Sturdivant and Dolores Sturdivant (Carney); his sister Elizabeth Sturdivant; and his nephew Peter Sturdivant. He is survived by: his wife Mary Langowski of Grafton, ND; his children, Lisa Chapman of Grafton, ND, Kristi Ganssle (Jamie) of Crystal, ND, Jeremy Chapman of Fargo, ND, Nicole Sturdivant of Grafton, ND and Eric Sturdivant (Natalie) of West Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Thomas (Caroline), Jillian (Jace), Shanna (Aaron), Vada, Kami Jo, Noah (Kenzie), Cayden and Ben; his great grandchildren, Zari, Dru, Nora, Evelyn, Dominic, Tucker, Edwin, Cecil and Brown; and his siblings, Mari Knapp (Jeff), Lilli White (Blaine) and Mark Sturdivant. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
