He is survived by : his spouse LaVonne Johnson; his children, Kenneth Jensen (Trish) of Goodyear, AZ, Carol Cano, Grand Forks, Keith Jensen (Kari), Christy Bertsch (Garrett) and Al O. Johnson; his sisters, Shirley Ferazzi of Anaheim, CA and Laura Berger (Jay). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
