He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Cariveau and Dolores Cariveau (Kain); and his sister Renee Julison. He is survived by : his wife Chris Cariveau of Grand Forks, ND; his sons, Bret Cariveau (Cassidy) of Grand Forks, ND and Sean Cariveau (Natalie) of Hugo, MN; and his brothers, Dr. Tom Cariveau (Kim) of Grand Forks, ND and Pierre Cariveau (Lyn) of Monticello, MN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
