He was predeceased by: his parents, Knute Kvasager and Olga Kvasager; his wife Iola; and his siblings, Annie, Theona Geatz, Ole, Elmer, Tam, Clayton, Betty and Janet Torgerson.

He is survived by: his children, Marlys Kvasager of Denver, Colorado and Darrell Kvasager (Linda Osland); his granddaughter Whitney Wimbish (Russ); and his sister Lois Cariveau. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
