He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lewis and Donna Lewis (Sykes). He is survived by: his wife Donna Hollarn; his children, Landi Larson (Chad), Shad Lewis (Susie) of Junction City and Joey Lewis (Heidi); his grandchildren, Caidin, Bridger, Kevin, Jackson and Kolten; and his sisters, Nancy Enright (Gary) and Judee Coons (Roger). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
