We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2022, at the age of 85, Clifford Horner of Grand Forks, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde M. Horner and Lillie A. Horner (Kvalevog); and his siblings, Ella Langerud, MaryAnne Langerud, Charles Horner and Richard Horner.

He is survived by: his wife Ramona Urness; his daughters, Joni Nowatzki (Loren) and Sandy Braathen (Kent); his grandson Jace Braathen; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Horner, Gloria Bracken, James Urness (Elayne) and Joe Urness (Jean). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
