We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2022, at the age of 80, David A. Moen of Grand Forks, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Moen and Agnetta Moen (Hanson); his wife Jewel Moen; and his siblings, Karen Jester and James Moen.

He is survived by: his children, Kim Litke (Keith) of Box Elder, SD and Brent Moen (Andrea) of Eden Prairie, MN; and his siblings, June Gillet of Missoula, MT and Richard Moen of Grand Forks. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
