He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollin Shuler and Lottie Shuler (Johnston); his wife Barb; and his sister Mary Cole (Phillip). He is survived by: his sons, Donald Shuler Jr. (Patty) of Lincoln, ND and Rollin Shuler of Grand Forks, ND; and his grandchildren, Miranda Stewart, Lance Shuler (Akoya), Brandon Shuler (Hailey), Corey Shuler and John Shuler (Kase). He is also survived by six great grandchildren; a niece and a nephew.
