He is survived by: his wife Evelyn June Belk; his children, Mark Rerick (Rhonda), Lee Anne Rerick (Randal Severson), David Rerick (Shelly) and Daniel Rerick (Barbie); his grandchildren, Jessica, Jacob, Hailey, Issac, Charles, Franklin, Peter, Noah Bella and Kaitlyn; and his great grandchildren, Everly, Ariella, Bryan, Jade and Mikah.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (216 Belmont Rd, Grand Forks, ND 58201). A Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. Even during the height of COVID restrictions, they ordered take out, sat at opposite ends of the dining table, and shopped online.
