He was predeceased by: his parents, August Lange and Mabel Lange (Lenz); his wife Mary; his stepson David Horken; and his siblings, Agnes, Ella, Alvina and Raymond.
He is survived by: his stepson Robert Horken (Margaret); his grandchildren, Andrea Ingersoll, Emily Vonasek, Benjamin Horken, Tim Horken and Stephanie Ellwein; his sister Evelyn Lange of Grand Forks; and his daughter-in-law Karol Horken. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
