He is survived by: his wife Catherine Lizakowski of Grand Forks; his children, Doris Noreen (Brian), Gerald Anthony Lizakowski, Jr. of Berthoud, CO, Brian Lizakowski of Grand Forks and Michelle Jacobson (Peter) of Gilby; and his siblings, Shirley Stender (Jerry), Ronnie Lizakowski (Sandee) of Detroit Lakes, MN and Jamie Lizakowski (Rita) of Moorhead, MN. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
