He is survived by: his wife Kris (Kris); his stepchildren, Grant (Kath Korsmo) and Amy Boyd (Bryce); his children, James, Jason Braaten (Lauren), Joel Braaten (Denise) and Shawna Angerhofer (Jared); his grandchildren, Bridget, Amanda, Erik Braaten, Luke, Austin, Shane Braaten, Anthony, Joel, Jr., Taya Tuseth, Avra, Dylan, Kylie Angerhofer, Owen, Eli Boyd, Elsie and Amelia Korsmo; his great grandchild Zeven Angerhofer; his siblings, Debbie Braaten-Johnson and Richard Braaten (Deb); and his brother-in-law Greg Davis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand nephews.
