Flom of Grand Forks, North Dakota, born in Langdon, North Dakota, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nels Flom and Violet Flom (Anderson); his siblings, Joyce Stave and Wayne Flom; and his son Scott Flom.

He is survived by: his wife Kay Nelson; his son Tim Flom (Shelly) of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Alexis Flom and Brandon Flom; his daughter Cindy Meland (Scott) of Grand Forks; his granddaughter Michaela Hepper (Alec); his great grandchild Harrison Hepper; his grandchildren, McKenzie Meland, Brady Meland, Chad Flom and Sherrie Johnson of Apple Valley, MN; his great grandchildren, Corbin and Claire; his brother Neil Flom (Susan) of Detroit Lakes, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Rod Stave of Hillsboro, OR and Idell Flom of West Fargo, ND. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
