He is survived by: his wife Vicky Eley; his daughter MariDee Judd (Scott); his siblings, Linda Becker, Gayle Scaggs (Victor), Larry Mutcher, Bob Mutcher (Theresa), Ralph Mutscher (Marie), Donny Mutscher and Billy Mutcher; his sister-in-law Diane Mutcher; his grandchildren, Brittany, Courtney and Thomas Judd; and his great grandchild Savannah. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
