He is survived by: his son Gregory Higgins Jr.; his siblings, Jerry Higgins (Julie) of Reynolds, ND, Jeff Higgins (JoLee) of Pillager, MN, Darrin Higgins (Carol) of Grand Forks, ND, Kristi Knudson (Jim) of Hillsboro, ND and Cindy Strom (Brian) of Grand Forks, ND; his son Greg Jr. (ID); his granddaughters, Akira (WI), Alaura and Alayna Higgins (ID); and his pet Jeffery. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
