We bid farewell to James A Quandt of Grand Forks, North Dakota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 16, 2025 at the age of 88. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Quandt and Wilmar Quandt; and his brother Ronald Quandt. He is survived by: his wife Patricia McGowan; his children, Lori Carlson (Dan), Dr. Robert Quandt (Michelle) and Jaime Linkert (Wade); his grandchildren, Kristin, Chelsea, Callie, Jonathon, Elizabeth, Bella and Dylan; and his great grandchildren, Jaeden, Micha, Averyel, Landry, Brooklyn, Bennett and Hayes.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (216 Belmont Rd, Grand Forks, ND 58201). A Mass will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
