He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Curtis and Darlene Curtis (Miller). He is survived by: his daughter Shelby Curtis (Jacob); his grandchild Finley Jeffory George Gonzalez; his stepchildren, Bryant Barstad (Amanda), Cris Barstad (Randee), Andy Barstad (Autumn), Kassie Kuntz and Kaylee McCloud (Elliot); and his siblings, Valerie Grzeskowiak (Jon), Gregory Curtis (Susan), Laurel Thompson (Richard) and Douglas Curtis (Denise). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Gate City Bank titled "Jeff Curtis Memorial Fund".
