He is survived by: his spouse Vonne Jeffrey; and his children, Ron (Sherry) of Lake Park, MN, Timothy Fingarson (Nisreen) of West Virginia, Nicole Contreras (Fernando) and Cassandra Sue of Grand Forks, ND.
