He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Stoltman and Matilda Stoltman (Paschke); and his siblings, Joseph Stoltman and LaVerne Burkholder (Earl). He is survived by: his wife Florence Thompson; and his sister Mary Jane Eismann (Wilbert) of Menlo Park, CA.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, a Private Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Grand Forks, ND.
