He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Richards and Mary Richards; his granddaughter Brittany Burkes; his nephews, Joseph, Jacob Hornback and Rob Richards; and his niece Kathleen Pratt.
He is survived by: his wife Edie Anderson; his children, Pam Burkes, Joanne Barstad (Dan), John Richards (Mary) and Tori Ramirez (Victor); his grandchildren, Brandi, Brandon, Brady, Ashley, Chris, Shaley, Justin, Jayce, Aiyanna, Peyton, Dominic, Darious, Demetrius, Layla and Victor Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Jocelyn, Janessa, Cecilia and Kelsie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
