He was predeceased by: his parents, Casey Quirk and Sylvia Quirk. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ellis; his children, Ann Higginbotham (Dean), John Quirk (Shelly), Bonnie Gallagher (Jason) and Fred Quirk (Melissa); and his sisters, Paulette Lindquist (Michael) and Susan Quirk (Bev). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great grand-children, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Amundson Funeral Home (2975 S 42nd St, Grand Forks, ND 58208). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
