He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" McGurran and Grace McGurran (Brown); his former wife Rae Ann; his daughter Bridget Ann Hayes; his children-in-law, Laura McGurran and Randy Awes; his grandsons, Jerrod Hillard and Jeremy McGurran; his siblings, Tim, Patrick, Michelle (Colleen), S. B., Marjorie Bergum and Mary Vonasek; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Brossart, Ronald Bergum, George Vonasek, Don Devine and Sue McGurran.
He is survived by: his sons, Tom (Jean McGurran) and Mike; his wife Elizabeth Jane Majkrzak; his children, Tim, Kevin (Amy Swenson), Martha Awes, Joseph (Lora Werre), Richard (Rebecca), Mary Dittmer (Johnathan) and Molly (Roy August); his siblings, Charis Brossart, Rita Devine, Maureen Sylling (Gary), Dennis (Geri), Gerald (Robbi) and David (Delaine); and his sister-in-law Barb McGurran. He is also survived by twenty-eight grandchildren and twenty-six great-grandchildren will also miss their grandfather.
