He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Tack and Shirley Tack (Baker); his siblings, Dan Tack, Bud Tack and Bennet Tack; his parents-in-law, Vincent and Agnes Driscoll; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Tack and Linda Tack.
He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Jon Tack (Polly) of Antioch, IL, Pam Qualley (Stuart) of Grand Forks, ND, Kim Basgaard (Steff) of Bemidji, MN and Jeff Tack of Des Moines, IA; and his sister Cleo Lealos (Tom). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
