He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Harlow and Ruby "Donna" Harlow (Borgen); his brothers, Randy and Tim; his niece Stephanie; Kholsten.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff, Mike (Lori), Melanie (Ric), Kathi (Pat), Steve, KrisAnn (Keith), Lisa (Robert) and Jay (Wendy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, several grand nieces and nephews and a great-grand niece and great-grand nephew.
