Josef Scott Winkels Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2023, at the age of 47, Josef Scott Winkels of Grand Forks, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jennifer Holth; his stepfather Roger Dean; his grandparents, Mike, Olivia Winkels, Ralph Kennedy and June Eckert; and his aunts and uncles, Mike, Steve, Roger Kennedy, Bob Anderson, Bob Maresh, Melvin Olauson, Charles Winkels, Esther Winkels, Annette Olauson and Bonnie Anderson.
He is survived by: his parents, Tom Winkels (Mavis) and Carol Winkels (Kennedy); his son Christian; his brothers, Mike (Stacy Baldock) and Nathan (Jess Vanyo); his stepsisters, Mandy Bracken (Randy) and Jessica Dean; his brothers-in-law, Jonathan Holth (Emily) and Jeffrey (Netha Cloeter); and his parents-in-law, Rod and Janelle Holth. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers the requests that donations be made to the Christian Winkels Fund and mailed to Bank Forward, 4651 S Columbia RD, Grand Forks, ND 58201.
