She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred E. Chase and Lillian E. Chase (Bock); her husbands, Douglas R. Eisenzimmer, Ralph J. Carl and Gabriel S. Kavadas, Jr.; her son Jeffrey D. Kavadas; and her siblings, Ardell, Stewart, Kathleen and Jean.
She is survived by: her children, Margo Eickenbrock (Terry) of Grand Forks, ND, Susan Evenstad (Jay) of Grand Forks, ND and Michael Kavadas (Melanie) of Minot, ND; her stepdaughter Melissa Huffman (Tony); her siblings, Leland Chase (Jackie) and Crystal Jensen (Mike Kelly); and her sister-in-law Gisela Chase. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
