She was predeceased by: her father Terry Kingsley Swartz; her grandparents, Onetta (Kingsley), Charles W. "Peg" Swartz, Florence (Routledge) and Raymond Undlin; and her aunts and uncles, Verna Undlin, Colleen (Undlin), Glen Carlson, Joanne (Undlin), Maurice Railing and Lloyd Undlin.
She is survived by: her mother Paulette Undlin Swartz (Undlin); her sister Tera Swartz Vanyo; her nephews, Tatum and Tyson; her niece Taryn; her aunts, Kathy (Swartz) and Margaret Undlin; and her uncle Herb Arnett.
