He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred and Irene; his siblings, Loren Belker and Lila Jane Nelson; and his niece Cheri Schroeder.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Belker; his sons, Len Belker (Trish) and Jeffrey Belker (Brenda); his grandchildren, Jayda Klepzig (Morgan), Jenna Belker (Cody Grabow), Alyssa Belker (Jon Radamacher) and Cody Bakken; his stepgrandchildren, Adam, Logan (Kamie), Cody (Lex Rousseau), Jaiden and Noah Mahlum; his great grandchildren, Paisleigh, Bodee, Drew and Ajla; and his siblings-in-law, Duane Nelson and Kathy Kielty. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
